BROSIUS IS THE OBVIOUS CHOICE FOR COUNTY COMMISSION
I do not live in Clatsop County District 3, so I will not be able to vote for Mike Brosius for County Commissioner, but I would if I could.
Mike has already shown us that he is not afraid to get fully involved in our community. He is actively working with local businesses and Clatsop Community College to support the creation of living-wage jobs including welding and healthcare training. These educational opportunities would enable young people to remain in Clatsop County.
As a member of the Columbia Memorial Hospital Foundation, Mike has been integral to the hospital expansion efforts with a focus on increased emergency room and surgical capacity as well as earthquake and tsunami survival.
Mike is actively pursuing alternatives to increase affordable housing with particular attention to prefabricated housing as the basis of expanded employment opportunities and the means of more affordable housing construction. What one commissioner does can affect the whole county. Mike has already made a difference in our region as a community volunteer.
Just think about what he can do for Clatsop County if elected as our County Commissioner in District 3. Mike’s opponent can only say she “will” work on the same things Mike has already been doing. So, who is really qualified to be our next County Commissioner in District 3?
Vote for Mike.
