Brosius will bring active, positive leadership to county

Mike Brosius is the leader Clatsop County needs.  Clatsop County needs leaders with real experience who will work with others to generate innovative solutions to the challenges we face. Mike Brosius is that kind of leader. 

Throughout his career with one of America’s most dynamic companies, and more importantly with his service on several local non-profit boards here in Clatsop County, Mike immersed himself in the work, studied the challenges, listened to others, and forged solutions to make us stronger together. 

Mike is the real deal. He thinks. He listens. He engages. And he acts. That’s the leadership we desperately need on the Clatsop County Commission right now. 

While Mike has clearly shown he has the chops to effectively serve Clatsop County, the other candidate has offered little of substance to the debate. Her primary message seems only to be “Brosius isn’t qualified, so choose me instead”. 

It’s unfortunate that his opponent’s campaign has resorted to attacks and gossip, rather than offering ideas and solutions. Attacks won’t build a home a young family can afford. Gossip doesn’t balance budgets or bring a community together. Active positive leadership is what Clatsop County needs to thrive going forward. 

In a time where our political rhetoric is increasingly negative and personal, let’s support the county commission candidate that offers real experience, a proven track record, a positive message, and creative solutions. 

I’m supporting Mike Brosius for the Clatsop County Commission. I encourage you all to join me in voting for Mike.
